The Company is not liable for any damages caused to the Guest by the Company's actions under this paragraph. 12. Disclaimer 12.1. The Company and the business operator are not responsible for any damage caused by the guest or the guest's companion, such as an accident, injury, theft, or other reasons that are not attributable to the Company or the business operator, around the building, inside the building, or in the parking lot. 13.2. The Company and the business operator are not responsible for any problems (including connection failures) related to the internet connection in the property. * Some properties do not have internet access. 13. Cancellation, Damages, etc. 13.1. If the building, facilities, or equipment of the property need to be restored to their original condition due to intentional or negligent use or inappropriate use by the guest or a person accompanying the guest, the guest will be required to compensate the Company for the cost of restoration, compensation for the business interruption during the restoration work, and damages incurred by the Company or the business operator. 13.2. If the Guest violates the obligations stipulated in this Agreement, or if the Guest acts in violation of the prohibited matters when using the Property, the Agreement will be terminated immediately, the use of the Property will be stopped immediately, and the Guest will be asked to vacate the Property. In this case, the Company will not refund any of the fees received from the guest. In that case, the repair deposit will be used as part of the penalty and will not be refunded. If you have registered your credit card number, we will charge your credit card at our discretion. 13.3. In the performance of this Agreement, the Company shall only be liable for direct damages suffered by the Guest as a result of the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence. In all other cases, the Company shall not be liable for any damages. 13.4. Complaints and claims regarding the property will only be accepted from the representative of the guest who is the contract holder. 13.5. We are not responsible if any valuables are lost or stolen in the facility. 13.6. We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries that are not caused by the facility or the Company. 13.7. The accommodation contract may be canceled in the following cases: (1) When it is deemed that the customer may act or has acted in violation of the provisions of laws and regulations, public order, or good manners and customs in relation to the accommodation. (2) When the customer is deemed to fall under any of the following items a to c. a. An organized crime group, a member of an organized crime group, a quasi-constituent member of an organized crime group, or a person involved with an organized crime group or other antisocial forces b. A corporation or other organization in which business activities are controlled by an organized crime group or a member of an organized crime group c. A corporation with an officer who is a member of an organized crime group (3) When a customer acts in a way that causes significant inconvenience to other customers. (4) When a customer is clearly recognized as having an infectious disease. (5) When a violent demand is made regarding the accommodation, or a burden beyond a reasonable range is requested. (6) When accommodation is not possible due to force majeure such as a natural disaster. (7) When it is recognized that the person trying to stay may cause inconvenience to other guests due to drunkenness, etc. (8) Smoking in bed, tampering with fire-fighting equipment, and other prohibited items set by the facility's house rules (limited to those necessary for fire prevention) when you do not comply. The accommodation facility may terminate the accommodation contract if the customer does not respond to the following matters without reasonable cause. (1) Presentation of an identity document with a face photo (2) Disclosure of occupation and employer (3) Disclosure of address If the accommodation contract is canceled by the accommodation facility based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the customer will be charged a penalty based on Article 6, even before the accommodation. If the accommodation fee has already been paid, the accommodation will not be refunded. 14. Changes to the Service and Terms 14.1. The Company may terminate the provision of this service at its discretion. 14.2. The contents of this Agreement are subject to change without notice to the Guest. In this case, the Guest will be bound by the revised terms. Please be sure to review and understand this agreement before entering the property. 15. Storage of your baggage or portable items The facility will not store guests' hand luggage. After you check out, your hand luggage or carry-on items (hereinafter referred to as "hand luggage, etc.") is left behind at the facility, the facility will, as a general rule, wait for the owner to inquire and ask for instructions. If there is no instruction from the owner, it will be stored for a certain period of time and then processed in accordance with the law. However, if there is no owner's instruction or the owner is unknown, it will be discarded after 7 days of storage, including the date of discovery. Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, if the baggage is unsuitable for storage due to hygiene, safety management, or other reasons, or if it is food or drink, the facility will not be obligated to store it and will immediately dispose of it. 16. Consultations In the event of any problem that cannot be resolved by this Agreement regarding the use of the Facility, the Facility and the Customer shall discuss the matter in good faith and resolve it. 17.
