Thank you for your cooperation. Guest access 🏠 Entire Unit Other things to note 1. Our unit accommodates up to 4 guests (as per listing rate). We don’t allow visitors due to some considerations. We appreciate your honesty and cooperation. 2. We do not impose CURFEW HOURS, however, please be considerate with your neighbors in the subdivision when you enter the property during wee hours. 3. Lost Unit’s bunch of keys is subject to a charge of Php 2,000.00. This is to cover cost for the purchase of NEW main doorknob and back doorknob units & its installation fee plus key duplication charges. 4. Please take extra care after consuming drinks in a breakable bottle, set aside visibly, these are both for our safety and the property. 5. Gated Parking Area is available BUT FOR MOTORCYCLES ONLY. 6. FREE VEHICLE STREET PARKING just outside the property within the subdivision street. To ensure safety of your valuables and personal belongings, please do not leave it inside your vehicle as the unit owner/host shall not be held liable for any loss. 7. We can assure you that our property is safe. Gated and all windows are with grills and screen. We are also surrounded by other unit owners. For extra safety and security kindly lock the main gate at all times and don’t forget to lock the main door and back door every time you leave the property. Leaving any valuables at the property is at your own risk, so we encourage to bring all your valuables every time you leave the property, as the owner/host will not be held liable for any loss. 8. We appreciate “Clean As You Go”. 9. Ensure that all water faucet is immediately turned off when there is no water supply due to water interruption, this is to avoid wastage when the water supply returns, and nobody is in the property to turn it off. Back-up water supply (in big container with lid) is provided at the back. 10. Kindly TURN-OFF all electrical appliances/gadgets every time you leave the house. Unplug them from its outlet/socket (except for the Refrigerator, AC unit and Shower Water Heater). 11. You may refer to our GUIDEBOOK for any emergency contact numbers. Various recommendations also like places to visit and where to dine are mentioned. 12. Although we have a quiet neighborhood but expect occasional soft noise from the outside coming from the people and vehicles passing by and even stray dogs. 13. If incase there is power interruption, kindly inform your host immediately as we shall provide a back-up LPG Gas Stove for your cooking needs. 14. If ever there are linens hanged at the back portion of the property, they are not intended for the group use. Kindly refrain from using them as Linens are already provided inside the property (in a set of 4) for the confirmed guest. 15. Just a heads up, there are stray animals issue in the area, and sometimes they might leave their mark outside the house. We had the property checked before your arrival, but unfortunately, stray animals can visit the area at any time and leave any mark. We're not able to control their movements but we're always here to help with any concerns. Thanks for understanding. 16. To maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we have a NO PETS POLICY inside the villa. This helps prevent any potential damage and ensures a smooth transition for our incoming guests. We appreciate your understanding. 17. Just a heads up, there might be occasional power interruptions in our area due to scheduled maintenance or unforeseen issues with the grid. Unfortunately, these are beyond our control, and we don't have a backup generator. We recommend keeping your devices charged and being prepared for such instances. We'll do our best to provide you with notice when possible, but your understanding and flexibility are greatly appreciated. Thank you. Feel comfortable in your 2nd home.
