Green Tee Cottage

A hidden gem, about 1 km drive-off the tarred road. This cozy duplex cottage offers the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. Ideal for those seeking relaxation without sacrificing easy access to city amenities. Just 5 minutes away from Sam Levy's Village and Pomona Industrial Park where you'll find cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets and all your daily essentials. And, a 700-metre stroll away from the local Pomona Farmers Market. The space Green Tee Cottage is thoughtfully designed to maximise every inch of space to provide you with a warm and comfortable stay. The cottage consists of two self-contained ensuite bedroom units, each with their own kitchen and dining nook. Each unit is listed separately on this platform. Maximum of two guests per unit. A solar geyser provides the cottage with hot water. Solar and generator back-up electricity is available and there is a four-plate gas stove, for all cooking needs. Guest access Guests have access to the garden outside the cottage which is a shared space. They will also have access to free parking space allocated for the cottage. Other things to note Laundry services available at a fee of $5 per basket load. An iron and any additional kitchen utensils and equipment can be provided upon request. (Based on availability) Airport pickups are available at fee and will require prior arrangements with the host. For security, we have dogs on the property. They are locked away during the day and released at night. Guests planning to arrive anytime after 7pm or leave before 7am will need to notify the host in advance.
