In this old neighborhood, I tore down the old home built in 1939, put up a new refresh home spacious fenced and gated yard, spacious front and back private no crime or only 1 house next to it, 1 house across from it. Where neighbors are friendly watch out for one another it's safe area.. Come and enjoy country living.. The space TV room spacious, 4 bedrooms 1 sofa bed, 4 queen beds, 3 air mattres, bathrooms, kitchen washer and dryer, large back and front yard. Guest access The entire home is available for you. if you say only you only 1 bedroom will be open up, but the entire house is available. The turn around time are 2 days after a guest leaves. Remember be honest about additional people with you only 1 bedroom will be open for you. Other things to note please be honest about your booking, if you say only you only 1 room will be open up, guest fee will apply if guest not including in booking. I do have a sofa bed, if it's more than 4. Please let me know if needed. Also if need to check in early let me know no early check in fee.
