The Master Bedroom, occupying the entire first floor, is a sanctuary of elegance, offering breathtaking 180° coastal views. This lavish suite features a stunning stone bathtub, a king-size bed, a spacious walk-in wardrobe, a private lounge, and a home office. The ground floor is the heart of the home, boasting an open-plan design that seamlessly connects the dream kitchen, lounge, and dining area—all oriented towards spectacular coastal views. Additional amenities include a spacious laundry, walk-in pantry, stunning bathroom, and entertainment spaces such as a grand piano with a view, outdoor dining with a BBQ, and a wood-fired pizza oven. The lower ground floor houses four spacious bedrooms, all with built-in robes and private sliding doors leading to the beach via a gated path. This level also includes two family bathrooms, a cinema, and another home office. For additional space, the guest house offers one bedroom, a lounge, bathroom, kitchenette, and balcony with views of the pool and ocean—perfect for larger or multiple families. The fireplace must not be used during the Fire Ban Season, as per local regulations. Always check current fire restrictions before use.
