The space Bedroom/Living Area: Home stylish layout, comfy sized beds with high-end linens, Smart TVs, Cable, Roku and Internet Kitchenette: fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee-maker with complimentary pods, tableware, utensils, cookware, to help you enjoy your stay. Bathroom: shower, standalone tub, bathroom amenities (soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels, hair dryer). Outdoor spaces: A great space to relax during your stay. Enjoy coffee on the patios or the stars during the evening. You will find peace and enjoy the texas sunsets here on our patio. Guest access Guests will have access to front door via lock code/keypad. Other things to note Before booking please overview our strict cancellation policy. NO SMOKING: - Smoking is prohibited inside and outside the premises. This includes the use of tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, etc. Failure to follow this rule will result in a $200 fine. PET POLICY: - Violation of our no pet policy will result in a $300 fine per pet + cleaning expenses (if applicable). - Service Animals specially trained to perform tasks for handlers with disabilities who require assistance with daily tasks are welcome. Disclosure of Service Animals is appreciated. -Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are not considered Service Animals and are not permitted at this property. If you are looking for accommodations with an ESA, please ask us about our pet-friendly properties. PROPERTY DAMAGES: -We appreciate disclosure of damages caused to property being made to us at the time they occur. Reasonable repair or replacement costs based on the item(s) replacement value and/or labor and materials to repair will be assessed and charged to the guest. QUIET HOURS: -Quiet hours are 10 PM - 7 AM, and enforced by the city of Lufkin police department. -If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Hours: - 1st Offense, without Police being dispatched: Will result in a $250 fine - 2nd Offense and/or Police are dispatched: Will result in an immediate eviction with no refund + $250 fine
