CONDO REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS: Guest and host will need to submit copy of a simple lease and a Guest Registration Form (GRF) to the condominium community prior to occupancy. Host will furnished a simple lease with details of the transaction for the guest to sign. The GRF will require occupant info including all guests residing in the condo, parking and pet info. A copy of all guest government issued ID(s) is required. Guest will need to purchased a Guest Parking Permit from the association for $25 per vehicle. This can be done ahead of the check in date and picked up at the condominium association office upon arrival. If there is a pet staying in the condo, proof of vaccinations and a photo of the pet is required. All required information will be gathered and submitted by the host after the booking. Please note: There is a 6% Palm Beach County Tourism Tax required that is not paid by Airbnb PETS: Domestic household pets not to exceed twenty (20) pounds are permitted. Proof of vaccination and a picture of all dogs is required when submitting a Guest/Lease Registration For. Per Jupiter Town ordinance, no pets are allowed outside of an apartment unless leashed and under the direct control of the owner. No pet can create or cause any disturbance, loud noise or nuisance of any kind. The owner of any pet is liable for all damage caused by such animal to any part of the condominium property, or any property owned by the Association. Pets are not allowed at or upon any recreational facility operated by the Association. Pet owners must clean up any mess left by their pet.
