Downtown apartment in a house

Close to the city center, cozy and peaceful accommodation with a central location. Nice view over Grimstad and the archipelago. It is within walking distance down to Grimstad city center. Grimstad is a nice southern town with cozy streets and several dining places. There is a short distance to beautiful beaches at Groos and Fevik. Short distance to the public transport, with frequent departures to Arendal, Fevik, Lillesand and Kristiansand. It is a 30-minute drive to the zoo in Kristiansand. The space House close to the city center with a lovely view. One side of the house has been converted into an apartment. The apartment is separate from the rest of the house with a locked sliding door. The apartment contains a cozy living room with kitchen, a toilet, a small bathroom with shower, and three bedrooms with double beds (2 of the rooms have a 140 cm wide bed and one has a 150 cm wide bed) Guest access The patio is available in the summer and has a cozy space with table and 6 chairs. There is also a nice pergola with sofa group. There is a barbecue and a couple of sun beds available. Other things to note The entrance to the apartment is on the short side of the house, on the opposite side of the main entrance. To get to the apartment, go up the stone staircase at the main entrance and past the kitchen with the large windows on the long side. Go to the short side and there is a staircase up to the front door of the apartment. The apartment consists of one part of the house. Bed linen is provided for the number of guests who have booked. Towels are provided in the rooms and there are extra towels in the bathroom.
