Condo in Lake Placid

We are happy to share our vacation home, which we've lovingly prepared to share. Quiet 3 bedroom within a 5min walk to downtown restaurants, coffee, breweries, and shops. There are 2 full baths, dining room with seating for 6, living room (w/fireplace, board games, record player, & a beautiful view of the mountains w/o blinds), fully stocked kitchen (microwave, oven/stove, coffee maker, flatware, utensils, pots, pans, prep utensils). Outside patio with table/chairs/umbrella and coal BBQ. The space license 200431 Freshly renovated kitchen, living room, and bedrooms in May 2022 followed by bathrooms in June 2024. Previous reviews may speak to previous amenities (which were quite dated!). We are happy to share our vacation home with you. This isn't corporate owned, and is a home which we care for as our living space. This is not a hotel, rather it is our home. Current amenities include: fireplace, wifi, washer and dryer, front deck, cable tv (w/HBO, showtime, Cinemax), parking, electric baseboard heat, refrigerator, microwave, oven and range, and working fireplace. 80 feet from the parking lot. We provide all of the necessities but don't provide firewood, coal, or other kitchen consumables. We may have some leftover from other occasions, and you're welcome to use those during your stay. Please don't use bleach, peroxide, or any other staining/bleaching ingredients on our linens or surfaces; be aware that any damage will incur replacement costs. Guest access Entire home (except one side of the cabinet under the coffee area which is locked). Other things to note Our place can be hard to find (it is on a side street off a main thoroughfare) so please review our Check-in message and photos from G**gle maps in the Airbnb Check in instructions. The walkway between the parking lot and our unit is ~80' long. We don't supply firewood or charcoal, though there may be some available which you're free to use if it is there. Please reach out asap if you find any aspect of your stay <5 stars so we can work to remedy anything possible. We want you to have a great stay, and appreciate your communication. 100% of our cleaning fee pays a local resident a living wage. This helps sustain our amazing housekeeper and the local economy.
