From there, it’s just a 200-meter walk to the resort. How to Get to Biliran ✈️ From Manila – Fly to Tacloban, then: ✅ Take a private van from the airport (price negotiable). ✅ Or, go to the Tacloban Terminal and take a Van Van’s or DupTours van to Naval. It’s more budget-friendly and takes about 2 hours. ⛴️ From Cebu – Take a ferry or Supercat to Naval: 🚢 Regular ferry – 6 hours, usually departs at night and arriving early in the morning. ⏩ Supercat – 2 hours, available Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat & Sun.
