Guest access At Your Leisure Check-in® Team BCA manages a portfolio of furnished apartments with an off-site management office. For your convenience, we offer our signature At Your Leisure Check-in®, allowing guests to go directly to their apartment upon arrival—no need to schedule an in-person meeting or visit a front desk to collect keys. Pre-Arrival Check-In Process To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we kindly request that all guests complete our Check-in & Lodging Form at least two weeks before arrival. This helps us meet building access and guest safety requirements. Then, 2–3 days before your scheduled check-in, we’ll send apartment details and access instructions through Airbnb messages. On your arrival day, you can go straight to your apartment and enter your personalized code. What’s Required The process is similar to checking into a hotel and takes about 5 minutes. During the online check-in, guests are asked to provide: A valid credit card for identity verification and may be authorized for incidentals or damages, as permitted by Airbnb’s policy. No charges will be made unless necessary, and no deposit will be collected. A photo of a government-issued ID (e.g., driver’s license or passport) A real-time selfie to confirm identity Why We Collect This Information These steps help us verify your identity and confirm that you are the person shown in the submitted ID. We only collect this information to support guest safety and property access requirements. All data is handled securely and in compliance with applicable privacy laws. You’ll receive full check-in instructions and reminders directly through Airbnb messages before your stay. Other things to note PETS: Yes, we are pet-friendly! We can host up to 2 small-to-medium pets per unit. To get started, let us know your pet's breed, weight, and age at least 3 days before arrival via the Guest Check-in & Lodging Agreement. Please note that Pit Bulls, American Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, and Doberman Pinschers are not permitted. Cats are welcome with prior written approval, but must be declawed. Clawed cats are not permitted due to furniture damage. Guests are responsible for the full replacement cost of any damage caused by their pet(s), regardless of whether the animal is a Registered Service Animal or Emotional Support Animal. Pet fees are not included in your original booking price and are added after approval. Stays under 45 days are charged a one-time $35 fee. Stays of 45 days or more are charged $35 per month. During your stay, please keep your pet from disturbing neighbors. If a scheduled cleaning is taking place, pets must be secured or removed from the unit for the duration. If an accident occurs, please notify us right away so we can help. Guests are responsible for all damage, soiling, or excessive hair left by their pet(s). MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS: The minimum age to make a reservation with BCA Furnished Apartments is 21 years old. Your age will be verified after a reservation is booked.
