La Puchera, just 900 meters from downtown Cangas

The puchera is a single house with a large kitchen (14m) fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, TV, fridge, oven, etc. It has a living room with TV, video game console, library, sofa, table, etc. There is TV in two of the three bedrooms, two of which have two beds and the other bedroom has a double bed. It is completed by a bathroom with a bathtub, hairdryer, washing machine and a toilet with a shower. Outside it has a terrace (50 m2) with a grill and a green area. The space Access to La Puchera is through a large terrace with a grill and a well-kept garden space of more than 60 m² of lawn, with a shaded area under a typical Asturian trellis. The house has a washing machine, heating, a living room with a flat-screen TV, a bathroom and a toilet with a bathtub and shower, and three bedrooms (two of them with two beds), TV and views of the square where the Wine Museum, the ancient Chapel of Santiso and the junction of the two Wine Walks are located. The spacious kitchen (14 m²) is fully equipped with a TV, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer and all the necessary utensils and furniture for a pleasant stay, recently improved to offer greater comfort to the guest. In addition, we have renovated the establishment and improved its energy efficiency with the help of the European funds NextGenerationEU, within the framework of the energy efficiency actions financed through the aid intended for the financing of energy efficiency and circular economy projects of tourism companies of the Principality of Asturias, within the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan. The house has bedding, towels, a hairdryer in the master bathroom and all the necessary details to promote the rest and tranquility that our guests seek. Outside the house, and a few meters away, there are free public parking lots. We regularly try to incorporate the improvements suggested by our guests (taking into account the reviews), including the improvement of the furniture and the kitchenware for the best comfort of the guest, so that they can enjoy them especially if they decide to repeat their stay. Guest access The Puchera is entered through a terrace of the same property of about 50 m2 where the barbecue and a small exhibition of wooden mills are located. The adjoining green space of about 100 m2, which also houses a traditional trellis with the native vine varieties, a typical garden of the area, is also part of the property and can be used as a leisure area. Inside and on the same level is the house that consists of three bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, living room, and a large fully equipped kitchen. The house also has Wi-Fi, a washing machine, 4 TVs, a video game console, a library, and all the necessary utensils to make the stay pleasant. Other things to note For entertainment, you can visit the Wine Museum located a few meters from the house or walk along either of the two promenades that start from the square where the house is located in the Santiso neighborhood. One of the 800 m walks, flat, and adapted to bicycles and the disabled, reaches the old town of the Villa, the neighborhood of Ambasaguas, where the Roman bridge, the chapel of Carmen and a series of listed monuments are located. The other walk, completely flat and 1200 m long, leads us between meadows, orchards, vineyards, and waterfalls to the cattle market where it connects with the main road.
