Villa Bougarini with private pool

The spacious Villa Bougarini enjoys a beautiful location within the pretty village of Velonades, with a couple of traditional cafes, a grill room, and just a few minutes' drive away from the sandy beaches and amenities of Sidari, Peroulades, Arillas, Peroulades and San Stefanos. The space With 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, extensive indoor and outdoor areas where the guests can dine together, as well as a huge private swimming pool surrounded by manicured gardens, Villa Bougarini can easily accommodate up to 12 guests in air-conditioned interiors providing relaxation, large spaces and, most important of all, unbeatable value for money. The great location allows the guests to reach easily the most famous resorts of North-west Corfu, with their amazing sandy beaches and scenic sunsets. But with such an amazing private swimming pool, you will hardly want to leave to explore! Inside, Villa Bougarini is set all on one floor. It is airy, spacious, welcoming and relaxing. The indoor living space is divided into 3 self-contained units with 2 bedrooms and 1 shower room each, rented together as a whole detached villa for up to 12 guests with private grounds and private swimming pool. This guarantees privacy to the guests at night or when required, yet eith the comfort of extensive private areas where all the 12 guests can cook or dine together. 3 of the bedrooms have double beds while the remaining 3 bedrooms have twin beds. All the rooms open straight onto the gardens for an immediate access to the beautiful pool. There are 3 functional bathrooms with shower, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. All the 6 bedrooms are air-conditioned (included in the rental price) and a new Smart Tv has been added in the lounge area. Being the property all one floor, and just 1 step above the pool level, it is also ideal for families, friends, children and elderly guests. Outside, the villa is surrounded by beautiful gardens with scented flowers, shrubs, and lawn. The huge private pool, with irregular shape, measures the impressive size of 13m x 8m and depth is between 0.4m and 2.4m. It is beautifully lit at night. 12 comfortable sunbeds and parasols are provided for endless relaxation under the shining Greek sun. Guests will have at their disposal also a delightfully pretty outdoor dining area for 12, which also includes a brick built barbecue. Private parking is also available on the premises. Notes: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes: air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, maid service twice a week with change of linen once a week and towels twice a week. Other things to note On the 15th of December 2023, the Greek Government introduced a new tax on holiday rentals with the aim to fight the climate emergency. The new “climate resilience tax” bacame effective in 2024 and will be consequently increased from 1st of January 2025 to the foreseen amount of 2 euros per property per night for studios and apartments and 15 euros per property per night for villas and large holiday homes (details are still under review, and official figure for each specific property will be added to the pre arrival info for all our guests). Therefore, for example, a stay of 7 nights in a villa during 2025 summer (non depending on the number of guests staying) will have a total climate resilience tax of euros 105. For all the existing and future reservations, the amount will be payable locally on arrival. Despite being this a sudden decision, which caused a considerable surprise in ourselves, we are therefore obliged to comply with the new regulation informing all our present and future guests of this extra charge.
