The Maple Cottage is just a stone's throw away from I64 and a vibrant shopping district in Fairview Heights, making it easy to explore local boutiques, restaurants, and entertainment options. The cottage features a comfortable living area, a fully equipped kitchen for your culinary adventures, and a peaceful bedrooms designed for restful nights. The space This is a two bedroom and one bathroom home. Each bedroom has a king sized bed, TV, dresser, and blackout curtains and blinds in it. The home is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen for your cooking needs. The living room has a large TV with a futon and a large stand up mirror. Laundry is equipment is available in the basement. Outside we have a designated smoke area on the deck and we also have a small carport available for parking. Guest access There is a marked supply closet and shed outside we ask you to please reframe from using. Otherwise the whole house and yard is available for your pleasure.
