Large kitchen, dinning area and lounge all in one room leading out double patio doors onto a sun trap area outside with table and chairs. Beautiful flower pots decorate the patio area and a clothes line. This area is totally enclosed for dog friendly stay. Parking is beside the Lodge. The space Single storey property suitable for people with disabilities for ease of movement. Two comfortable single beds and bathroom has disability stool for shower and hand rails. The lounge and kitchen/dinner within the same area with double patio doors which open out onto the patio area. The patio is a sun trap all day and the last sun before sunset. Very peaceful and quiet area away from any main roads and only a five minute walk to the local pub. The patio is totally enclosed for the safety of any dogs staying. The property is fully equipped with everything you would need on holiday, tea towel/dishcloth/washing up liquid. Tea and coffee available during your stay. There is a dehumidifier in the lounge and clothes rail to dry washing on rainy days or clothes line by patio. There is a first aid kit and fire extinguisher in the kitchen cupboard plus a fire blanket hanging in the kitchen. A large fire extinguisher is positioned by the front door. Guest access Parking is beside the property for ease of unloading luggage and one step into the property. The front door has solar lights for night time access, and along the driveway. Brand new Type 2 EV car charger available now at standard electric charges, plug on driveway. Other things to note There is a bus route picking up in the village going to Wells or Cheddar/Weston super Mare most days. Bristol Airport is only 15 miles away and Supermarkets within 4 miles in city of Wells. The M5 and M4 motorways very close to the property. There is a small cinema in Wells showing the lastest releases. Wells has a sports centre with gym and indoor swimming pool open every day. Many excellent restaurants in Wells and surrounding area, events, festivals including Glastonbury music festival, Wells Food Festival, Literature Festival and shows at the Little theatre. Bath and Bristol has many events including the Bristol Balloon Festival, The Bristol Hippodrome and Bath Theatre Royal and Bath Comedy Festival. Wookey Hole Caves provides a day of entertainment for the younger visitors and famous Longleat wildlife safari park is a must for a family day out. Many National Trust places to visit in the area plus RSPB bird sanctuaries and Animal children parks.
