Lake house by Skeingesjön

Built in the 1980s with year-round living standard, the house offers modern comforts, including superfast internet. The house is 150 sqm and it features: - Three double bedrooms - Two toilets - A kitchen with a dining area - Two living rooms with additional dining spaces and sofas The house also includes: - Conservatory with a fireplace and dining table - Outdoor space for fishing preparation - Wood-fired sauna with a shower in a separate building - Private jetty, boat, and small beach - Gym The space The house is spread across two floors, with stairs leading to the second floor, where two bedrooms are located. The third bedroom is on the ground floor, making it a convenient option for guests who may have difficulty with stairs. However, the entrance to the house is raised and accessed via four steps. Please note that there is a small local road between the house and the lake. It is used to access the other houses around the lake. The neighbouring house is less than 100 meters away and can be seen from the house. We don't permit any very loud parties in the house, and we expect our guests to respect the peaceful environment around the lake and forest. Guest access A small boat with oars is included in the rental and is available during the summer months only. Additionally, guests have unlimited access to firewood for the sauna and fireplaces. Other things to note The house is fully equipped, and you only need to bring bed linen, towels and food for a pleasant stay. The house is furnished with 6 single beds (put together to form double beds in one bedroom). All single beds are 200x90cm (sheets sized 160x260cm fits well). All duvets are single bed size (150x210cm) and pillows are Swedish standard size (50x60cm) We have the following items to rent for an additional fee if required: - Electric engine and battery for the boat - Additional boat (in similar size) with oars - 4 basic cycles (in various sizes) Fishing in the lake requires a permit, which can be purchased online via the iFISKE app or directly from us upon arrival. Guests must bring their own fishing equipment, though basic gear is available for purchase in Hästveda, located 20 km away by car. Unfortunately, we are not able to supply guests with any buoyancy aid or life vests so please bring your own. Please let us know any needs ahead of arrival and we will make sure it is set up when you arrive. No cash needed, we accept the usual credit cards. The house is expected to be left in good order.
