Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The space Even when out on the front balcony it feels private. Open plan living upstairs with the Kitchen, lounge and dining. There are also two bedrooms upstairs, and a toilet. Down stairs is where the other bedroom is with a bathroom and shower and another lounge/ hang out room. Upstairs has decks coming out of the main bedroom and both sides of the lounge, so you can choose which weather suits you best. We have some games, books, wetsuits, snorkel gear, boogey boards, surf board, anything in the shed you are welcome to use. A bbq is for use.... just take outside and put on the trolley for use. Heating is a wood burner, complete with wood. We have duvets on the beds, and pillows but please bring your own linen, pillow case sheets and towels, hand towels. We do have a basic filter at the kitchen sink, or you can bring drinking water. We are on tank water, so would appreciate, water consideration.. A downside I guess of the Riversdale microclimate. Please take your rubbish with you, there is a recycling station near the park, and collection is on Mondays, you can use the green and brown bins outside leave at the front lawn, and buy blue bags at the store. Guest access You are welcome to use the whole house, and the equipment in the shed. Other things to note There are internal stairs, from the top to the bottom. If you have little children.
