During your stay in our home, immerse yourself in the tranquility of the Sarthe countryside while enjoying our proximity to the beautiful city of Le Mans as well as the Abbey of L'Épau. Immerse yourself in the tranquility of the Sarthe countryside, in the heart of the Pays de la Loire, while enjoying the proximity of the beautiful city of Le Mans, 2 hours and 30 minutes from Paris by car and 55 minutes by train. The estate: The Château opens onto an estate with a private garden and its path, which you can explore at your own pace, and a pool that is heated in summer. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Several lounges and dining rooms allow everyone to find their own corner, or to gather together around the piano or billiards table. A discreet presence on site: Our caretakers live on the estate, in a neighboring house. They are there to welcome you and assist you if needed, while remaining unobtrusive so that you can enjoy the property to the fullest. The Château, its gardens and the pool are entirely for guests' use during their stay. On request: We offer breakfast, meal and themed evening services. We can also put you in touch with a local caterer. Housekeeping: A contribution to the end-of-stay cleaning and laundry costs is already included in the amount of your Airbnb reservation. We simply ask that you leave the place in a normally tidy condition: dishes clean, refrigerators and dishwasher emptied, trash cans taken out. Respect for our village is important to us. We ask our guests to sort their waste and to take their recyclables (glass, packaging, paper) to the village collection points themselves before they leave. Practical Info: • Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. (flexible time, upon request); check-out is by 11:00 a.m. • Only registered guests are allowed in the accommodation • Pets are allowed, under the supervision of their owners, provided that they stay off the beds and furniture and that the bedrooms are left clean. • Around the pool, the river and the ponds, children remain under the responsibility of their parents • Parties and gatherings are not permitted without prior agreement The Château de Vaux is reserved for family get togethers and groups of friends who respect the property.
