Charming south country house/smallholding

We rent our traditional, rich and charming southern house/smallholding, with the appropriate name "Solbakken". The house has a big, great and well-maintained garden that offers many possibilities; here there is plenty of space to play football, jump in the water sprayer, play badminton, set up a tent or hang hammocks in the apple trees and enjoy a summer night under the open sky. Electricity consumption is not included in the price. Payment for actual consumption during your stay. Price 2 NOK per kWh at checkout The space The house is great for 1 to 2 families (there are 7 beds in total) and consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 living rooms, 2 bathrooms (both with shower), library and large kitchen. In the kitchen there is a dining area for 4 people, in the dining room for 10-12 people. The house also has a cozy "garden room" where you can set up the double doors facing the terrace and enjoy the view out towards the apple orchard and and get the good outside/indoor feel. The terrace is well equipped with table, chairs and umbrella, well arranged to enjoy warm and nice southern evenings in good company. The house is well equipped with all of the cups and pots. There is plenty of space to park several cars on the premises. The house is close to many facilities and activities: the Zoo, Groo's beach, Arendal and Grimstad Rideklubb, Grimstad city center, Grimstad Golf Club, countless great beaches, . We are happy to provide tips and ideas for activities and excursions, so that you have a nice experience in our beautiful place and have a memorable southern holiday. We can customize for other needs or requests.
