It features a fully equipped kitchen with all the basics, dishwasher, 2 Roku Smart TVs and a sectional sofa in the living room The Master Bedroom has a King size mattress, and an ensuite bathroom and a walk-in closet. Bedroom #2 has a full size bed and Bedroom #3 has a full size bed as well. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms with washer and dryer included! The space There are 4 beds (1 King and 2 full size beds) sleeps 6 guests and 2 full bathrooms. The house has central AC and heating and every room has a ceiling fan. There is also a garage for 1 car. You can park your vehicles either in the garage or on the driveway. The kitchen has all the basics and all appliances are stainless steel, and the counters are new granite. The house has a washer and dryer in a small laundry room. There is also complimentary WiFi throughout the property (Service is provided through Spectrum, and being it a 3rd party provider, we can not guarantee connectivity or speed) Guest access Guests have access to the whole house! Other things to note Guests will be provided with a starter kit containing toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish detergent, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent (when applicable), coffee paper filters and a few trash bags. It is recommended to bring personal toiletries and additional supplies, specially if your stay is for 3 or more nights.
