We border Marina del Rey and Culver City and Santa Monica giving access to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, movies and shopping . This location is absolutely ideal ! We are 15 min away from LAX airport 20 min away from Universal Studios and only a short 30 min to Downtown LA as well as Kenneth Hahn State Park that offers great hiking trails and views of the city . The Space This is our personal home, not an investment property which means it has everything a family or group of people would need to settle in comfortably for an extended period of time . The home has 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds with one master bedroom with direct access to a full bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub and french doors access into our lush jungle. The other bedroom has direct access to the Jungle via a side door and private entrance with shared access to the main bathroom. The best part of this home is the Original Fireplace !!! It heats the whole house comfortably when needed. Additionally, depending on availability, we have a Garden Cottage with half bathroom that sleeps 3 to 4 people located in the back garden nearby the Hot tub and outdoor Bamboo shower.If interested please inquire about cost and availability.
