House in the Hood w/WiFi

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located bright colorful home. Three bedrooms, one bath, with off street parking at night. If you need to access public transportation we are conveniently situated on 2 bus routes with easy rides downtown, across town, Cleveland Clinic or uptown to the burbs. You can enjoy great wi-fi, a private entrance and a full kitchen. I live on the premises and while my home is situated in the hood it is safe and quiet. The space This is my home, it a century old duplex. I live in the top unit and have recently begun using the downstairs for short term rental. There are 4 floors total when you add the basement & attic. As guest you have full use of the first floor unit. I have 2 overly protective dogs, both Yorkies the smaller one might weigh 5 pounds, but gives everybody the business. My yard is fenced and the gate is usually closed because of them. Guest are asked to park on the street during the day so as not to block the driveway. At night you’re welcome to pull your car in off the street. Guest access Enjoy full use of this first floor home. Living room, dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, full bath and front porch. Check in is at 4pm. If you need to drop luggage off early just ask. The front porch is secure. I have outdoor cameras & vigilant neighbors this is the hood. Other things to note I do a daily broadcast hours are roughly between 9:30-11 a.m. & Sunday mornings are quiet till 2 p.m.
