Boone-docks Hideaway
Boone-docks Hideaway
Description
Come “hide-away” in our charming 1-bedroom guest suite located in a beautifully restored historic home in the heart of Crowsnest Pass. Named after our dog Boone, this unique suite blends vintage charm with modern comforts, making it the perfect “hide-out” for all types of travelers —including mine workers looking for a comfortable and convenient place to rest after a long day. The space Originally built as one of the first ranger stations in Canada, this home has undergone major renovations while preserving the historic charm. ** Please note this property has stairs** You’ll enter the guest suite through your own private entrance. The kitchenette and bathroom are located on the main floor, while the rest of the suite is upstairs on the second floor. The kitchenette is equipped with an air fryer/toaster oven, microwave, cooktop, coffee bar and mini fridge. The vintage bathroom comes stocked with fresh towels and essentials for your comfort. The upstairs room features a cozy queen bed, couch, TV, and desk. Though attached to the main house, we have done our best to keep the guest suite private, ensuring independence during your stay. Please note, this is a 100+ year old home, so some noise transfer may occur; however, we do our best to minimize any disruption. On occasion, our dog Boone may ward off wildlife or human trespassers he deems too close to the home, or he may greet you upon your arrival with a friendly “the guests are here” bark—but he is otherwise a quiet guardian.
