Victoria lakefront cabin in Lyseren Strandpark

Relax with your family and friends in the lakefront cabin. It’s one of the best locations in the Lyseren Strandpark. It is about a 40-minute drive to Oslo. The cabin is situated right by Lyseren Lake, offering an amazing view from the living room, a lake view from the bedrooms, and a lakeview terrace. The Lyseren Strandpark is a car-free area. This is our new cabin in the area that has been rented out since May 2025. The space • The cabin has 2 bedrooms, a loft with 2 sleeping spaces, a bathroom, and a living room/ dining area. • Cabin has private free parking. Four recharge port electric cars are available in the area at an additional cost, so you must bring your charging cable. • It is a fully equipped catering cabin with a dishwasher, washing machine and kitchen utensils for 5 people. • The cabin has 2 smart TVs with Netflix: one in the loft for children and one in the living room. Fast free Wi-Fi so you can work remotely, books, games, and cards are also available. • Linen and towels (one big towel and one small towel) are provided for each person. The cabin is cleaned and disinfected before and after each booking. • The cabin is located in one of the best locations in Lyseren Strandpark here you can go skiing, hiking, walking, skating, swimming, fishing, golfing, boating, bicycling • If you like to go fishing, we provide a full-year fishing license included. • Very nice area for all activities for the whole year, around summer and winter. You can take a walk in the forest and pick up berries and mushrooms. Beach and playground for football, volleyball and yoga training… • Heating system available for winter. • A jacuzzi with a temperature of up to 40 degrees Celsius is available for 4 people. • A big terrace with outdoor furniture for 5 people offers a stunning view over the lake. A free-to-use BBQ gas grill is available in the summertime. From the terrace, you can see sunrise and sunset, and sometimes, you can watch a lot of wildlife. • There is a swimming dock right outside the cabin. You can go swimming and fishing anytime you like. We have fishing rods you can borrow to enjoy fishing in the area of Lyseren Strandpark. • We provide a basic for a short stay ( shampoo, shower milk, hand soap, 2 rolls of toilet paper, washing liquid, and dishwasher tablets) before you reach the supermarket Kiwi is just 10 minutes away from the cabin. And the small shopping centre Våg is nearby (behind Kiwi supermarket). • The cabin is located in the forest by the lake, so to enjoy it more, bring warm clothes and socks, fleece and wool are recommended. • The big Kiwi supermarket is about 10 minutes ' drive from the cabin, and the small shopping centre is just behind Kiwi ( Vågsenteret). Gas stations are open 24 hours. • Another big shopping centre ( Ski shopping centre) is about 20 minutes to drive away for café, bakeries, restaurants, shopping and everything you need. • You can rent a new electric boat from me, but it is an additional cost not included in the cabin rent. Then you can take the boat, go fishing, and sightseeing around the lake. ( Must book in advance so we have enough time to charge the battery and set up the boat ready for your arrival). Guest access Self-check-in with the code will be provided one day before arrival. • The first time you drive your car closer to the road barrier, then you call me, I will open the barrier for you to drive in. Drive straight into the big white house and turn right. You will see the car parking area P5 on the right-hand side, with my cabin parking space marked as the address. • Then you walk through the next road barrier on the right-hand side of the car parking about 50 meters. Pass through 2 cabins on the left-hand side, then look down to the lakeside (our cabin 85 is there). Use our trolley from the car parking space to transport your belongings to the cabin. • In the cabin, you will see a folder with information and instructions, including the Wi-Fi password. You must go through the information folder to make your holiday start smoothly. • Garbage will be sorted out in Norway and thrown in the container on the right-hand side before the first barrier when you drive in. (1) Glass & metal (2) Paper (3) Food waste Other things to note • There is no baby cot available. • Pets are not allowed. • No smoking inside. • Quiet time from 22:00-07:00, and guests must follow the community rules during their stay. • No hens and parties are allowed.
