Landhaus Måsberget (267914)

From our vacation home in Kristinehamn (Värmland) you have a fantastic view from the living room and from the terrace with hot tub (from April to October) to the plain in front of the house. On the adjacent meadow you can - depending on the season - watch deer, hares and with a bit of luck also the elk. Other things to note The typical Swedish house has an open plan living/dining area with adjoining kitchen. The furnishings are modern (induction stove, dishwasher, washer/dryer and much more) and cozy. A large window front allows for views of the adjacent meadow, and the sofa invites you to laze and watch TV. The dining area has direct access to the terrace, where there is also a hot tub. The kitchen is extensively equipped. We always have a small supply of coffee, tea, flour, spices and also cleaning supplies for our guests. We'd appreciate it if you'd fill it up if you took advantage of it. On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms (1 DB, 2 EB), a walk-in closet space, a bathroom and a small office space with screen. On the ground floor there is a large dining/living area, a conservatory, a kitchen, a bedroom (1 DB) and a modern bathroom - also a utility room with a washer/dryer and other household utensils. Here is also a second entrance, which can be used in winter or in wet weather. In the technical room there is a small wooden storage for the fireplace. The house has electric central heating, towel warmer in the bathrooms and a fireplace in the living room, with which you can also heat the other rooms through an intelligent ventilation system. The house is well insulated and so habitable all year round. Pets (e.g., dogs) on request!
