It includes one queen-sized bed and an additional floor mattress. Families with children are welcome to stay. Extra amenities can be arranged upon request. Honesty & Expectations: This home has signs of age and use, and some items may be older. We ask that you be respectful and handle everything with care. Your honesty and mindfulness help us continue sharing our home with others. Guest access As this is a condominium, amenities are shared with other residents. Facilities include: • Swimming pool (closed every Monday for cleaning) • Basketball court • Children’s playground • Clubhouse available for meetings or gatherings On the Unit Sleeping Arrangements: One queen-sized bed and an extra floor mattress, accommodating up to 4 people. Amenities: • Full bathroom equipped with water heater and bidet • Kitchenware available for guest use • Please use the exhaust fan while cooking to prevent triggering the smoke alarm Other things to note Please note that this unit does not come with a designated parking space. If you’re bringing a vehicle, kindly inform us in advance so we can reserve a paid parking slot for you (subject to availability). Parking rates: • ₱350 per night (overnight stay) • ₱300 per night (2 nights or more) • ₱250 per night (week-long stay) Amenities & House Guidelines: • You are welcome to use all basic kitchenware and household items provided. • Please note that this condo was our former home, so some personal items remain and may be off-limits. Expect some normal wear and tear. Swimming Pool: • Free to use; please log your name in the guard’s logbook at the clubhouse. • Children must be supervised at all times. • Outdoor shower required before swimming. • Note: The pool is closed every Monday for cleaning. Basketball Court: • Free to use. • A basketball is available under the kitchen sink—feel free to use it. Playground: • Open to all children. • Feel free to enjoy it as long as you like, but please don’t leave children unattended. BBQ Grill: • Shared facility near the pool area. • If it’s available, you are welcome to use it.
