Welcome to your bright and private room along with your own bathroom in my peaceful, light-filled apartment just 10-15 minutes from Adelaide’s CBD, beaches, and airport. You’ll have your own private space, plus access to the shared kitchen and living areas. It’s perfect for solo travellers or couples who want a clean, convenient base while exploring Adelaide. I love sharing local tips – including where to eat, the best beach walks, and more! The space This is my home which you will share with me when I’m there! I travel often, and you may find yourself in the apartment alone some nights, but I’m always available easily by phone. Everything in my home is new and good quality, and was purchased as early as October 2024 when I moved in. I am a respectful host and happy to interact as much or as little as you would like when we are both around. I’m also happy to offer recommendations on where to eat, what to see, and so on! Your room: - Includes a brand new ecosa mattress queen bed with cotton sheets, pillows, blankets (duvet + Sherpa blanket for cooler months) - Side tables - Power points (2 on each side) - Double wardrobe with floor to ceiling mirrors including hangers for you to use Your bathroom: - Generous sized includes sink, hand soap, toilet, toilet paper, tissue box, shower, shampoo, conditioner, soap, hair dryer, and good quality towels, all available to use in the apartment during your stay - Towel rail and hooks to hang your clothes Shared space: - Kitchen including fridge-freezer, oven, stove top, dishwasher, 2 sinks, microwave, kettle, air fryer, filter water jug, toaster, frying pans, cooking utensils, cutlery, and dinnerware - Open planned living area including 65 inch LG TV, sofa, coffee table, floor cushions, board games, games including pool golf, corn hole - Large balcony wrapping around half of apartment including Weber baby q + utensils, outdoor table + chairs - Laundry: washing machine with laundry powder + drying lines and pegs - High-speed 5G wifi Carpark: - Public parking on the street or huge carpark across the road - More secure guest parking is available in the complex but it is first come first served Location: - 1 min walk to bus stop heading to town - 5-10min walk from 2 train stations - 2min walk to IGA (supermarket) - 5min drive to Coles, Aldi, Woolworths - 5min drive to nearest shopping centre - 5-7min drive to the Adelaide Entertainment Centre - 5min drive to Alberton Oval - 5-10min drive to The Royal Adelaide Golf Club, The Grange Golf Club, and West Lakes Golf Club - 10min drive to Westfield - 10min drive to CBD - 12min drive to Adelaide Oval - 10-15min drive to beach - 10-15min drive to airport Please note: - This is a pet free, non-smoking, no drugs, and no shoes home - There is no elevator and I am on the top floor (36 steps) - Luggage storage may be possible before or after your stay - Any damage to items may incur additional charges including replacement of the item, fixes of the damage, and inconvenience fees - Early or late check out is sometimes possible * I can sometimes accommodate airport pick up for $30 one way, please enquire in advance Guest access Kitchen + Lounge + Balcony all available for us.
