Space and quiet.

In a 180 m2 house and a 2000 m2 garden, your day will begin by admiring the sunrise over the Pyrenees from the terrace. A place where you can meet up with family or friends. A warm, simple and friendly place. A large bedroom with a queen size bed where by adding a mattress (provided) you can sleep 4 and another bedroom also with a queen size bed. The horses in the field next door (fenced) may come to say hello and that's magic! The space A fully equipped kitchen with induction cooktop - oven - microwave - filter coffee maker - kettle and dishwasher. 2 Bathrooms House on 2 levels with a large living room for meals and downstairs a 2nd living room. The upstairs bathroom is equipped with an Italian shower with toilet. The second in the downstairs bedroom with shower and toilet. For the upstairs bedroom, a queen size bed. All rooms are equipped with heating, except the downstairs living room with an auxiliary heater. For the upstairs living room, there is a reversible winter/summer air conditioning. Guest access Guests will be alone and will be able to use the entire place. Other things to note The place is quiet - the house is on the outskirts of a small, quiet road - the village is between 8 and 10 minutes away on foot. The first shops are in L'isle en dodon, 20 minutes by car (Intermarché and classic shops pharmacy - bakery-hairdresser etc.). On Saturday mornings you can do your shopping there, and on Monday mornings in Samatan there is the fairly famous "foie gras market". (Samatan is also very pretty) The surrounding homes are many secondary residences - except the owner of the horses ;)) the neighbors are therefore not a problem. When you arrive, if you are not familiar with the area - depending on the length of your stay, we will guide you on walks.
