Luxury Mid-Century Remodel in Heart of Town

We had a vision of taking a 1965 ranch style home in the popular Old NW Reno neighborhood and completely remodeling it and then adding all the perfect touches we have found in the best hotels and airbnbs we have stayed in. The kitchen and baths were completely replaced with clean modern textures. The original oak wood floors were returned to their warm look of younger years. The backyard patio was replaced with new concrete and pea gravel. A garage to park a car and store bikes, skis, etc. The space Freshly remodeled home with three bedrooms, two brand new bathrooms, a brand new kitchen open to the dining room set for 8 and a cozy living room with electric fireplace insert. Primary bedroom has a king bed, guest room 2 has a queen bed, and Guest Room 3 has a queen bed. There is a sectional couch in the living room that could potentially sleep one or two small people. Please let us know in advance so that we can prepare additional bedding and towels. Park your car in the oversized one car garage with room for bikes, skis, etc. additional cars can park in driveway or free street parking. Special amenities include: -Wrapped slippers on the bed for your comfort. -Both bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. -Additional bathroom amenities include cotton pads, q-tips, makeup remover sheets, individually wrapped floss, and even extra bamboo toothbrushes if you forgot yours. -Wander into the kitchen to find popcorn and chocolate to welcome you by the stocked coffee and tea bar. -50” Roku TVs in the living room and primary suite. -Almost all of the furnishings are new including the mattresses, bedding, and towels. -Charging stations at each bedside table, 2 luggage racks in each closet, dresser drawers in two bedrooms and drawers under the bed in third bedroom. -Brand new washer and dryer with soap -A record player and vinyl records waits for you by the stocked game cabinet and lending library. -A guidebook to Northern Nevada with a list of our favorite area restaurants is on the kitchen desk. -Premium WiFi for streaming and remote working. -Dining table seats eight with settings, placemats and cloth napkins for 8 -Waffle maker, crock pot and Foreman grill in pantry cupboard We call it The Elliot.
