Damages: Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. We understand accidents happen—please inform us immediately if anything gets damaged or needs attention. 5. Be Eco-Friendly: Help us conserve energy by turning off lights, air conditioning, and electronics when they are not in use. 6. Secure the Unit: Before leaving, lock all doors and windows. We are not liable for any lost or stolen items. 7. No Smoking or Vaping Indoors: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the unit. Please use the designated outdoor smoking areas. 8. No Open Flames: Please avoid using lighters, matches, candles, or any other open-flame items inside the unit. 9. Electricity Usage: Electricity is free up to a typical usage of Php 5,000/month. If consumption exceeds this, an additional fee will apply. Meter readings will be recorded upon check-in and check-out for transparency. (Applicable for more than 30 days) 10. Building Security: For everyone’s safety, random checks may be conducted by security personnel. Please treat them with courtesy and respect as they carry out their duties. Check-Out Instructions: 1. Check Personal Belongings: Before leaving, please make sure you have packed all your personal items. Double-check drawers, closets, and bathrooms. 2. Return the Key Properly: Place the key inside the lockbox and scramble the PIN to secure it. Please note that a replacement fee of Php 2,000 will be charged for any lost or unreturned keys. 3. Trash Disposal: Kindly leave your trash inside the unit. Our building follows a scheduled garbage collection from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Swimming Pool Guidelines & Fees Operating Hours: • Monday: Closed for cleaning and maintenance • Tuesday to Thursday: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM • Friday to Sunday: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM Usage Fees: • Adults (First 3 guests): Php 200.00 each • Children (12 years old and below): Php 100.00 each • Additional Guests (4th and 5th): Php 500.00 each How to Register and Pay: • You may pay in cash at either the PMO office (open until 5:00 PM) or directly to the Amenity Guard. • Important: Only proper swimming attire is allowed in the pool area. No casual clothes or undergarments permitted.
