Located in the picturesque village of "Palazzolo dello Stella" (Ud), our B&B offers a strategic location ideal for bicycle lovers, with free car parking available in front of the property. We are close to the cycle paths that lead to Lignano Sabbiadoro, the lagoon, the sea, the woods and the river, with the beaches of Lignano reachable by car in just 20 minutes. Inside, guests can enjoy the "tea corner", a corner dedicated to the independent preparation of tea or infusions. The "Sea room" and "Love lagoon" rooms share a common bathroom. The surrounding area is full of excellent restaurants, bars and supermarkets, offering a variety of leisure and dining options. Please let us know your arrival time. The space We are located in a strategic position in the town of "Palazzolo dello Stella" (Ud), ideal for bicycle lovers, with free car parking in front of the B&B and access to the Palazzolo/Precenicco cycle paths to reach Lignano Sabbiadoro. The Marano lagoon, the sea, the woods and the river are nearby, offering the possibility of sighting white herons. The beaches of Lignano Sabbiadoro can be reached by car in 20 minutes. The house has an entrance on the street, near a small and ancient church and fields cultivated with vineyards. Next to the rooms is the "tea corner", a space to prepare a tea or infusion independently. The refrigerator is shared in the "tea corner". Breakfast is prepared by appointment between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m., and can be eaten in the room on a tray. If you have food intolerances, please let us know so that we can meet your needs. The two rooms share a common bathroom. Our B&B is not suitable for small children and babies, and we cannot accept pets. There are numerous excellent restaurants, bars and supermarkets in the area. It is important to kindly communicate the approximate time of arrival. Guest access The entrance is on the ground floor, you enter the hallway where you can see a large map of the Friuli Venezia Giulia region and a space for brochures and posters for activities to do in the area, tourist maps and places to visit. We will be available to welcome you and provide you with all the necessary information about the area, including suggestions on what to visit and where to eat. We provide maps to help you explore the surroundings. During your stay, you will find water and tea or chamomile bags to make your stay more pleasant. We remind you that for further needs, there are several supermarkets nearby. For any information, you can contact us through Airbnb messages or by phone when we are at home. Other things to note Breakfast is prepared upon request, with an agreed time between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m., unless special requests are made. Please inform us in case of food intolerances to try to meet your needs. You can leave your bike in the entrance hall. Our property is not suitable for children and babies and we cannot accept pets. Our pets stay in our private area and will not disturb you; they are all adopted, including the greyhounds. The house is gas-free and we are careful not to waste water, promoting the separate collection of waste. We ask that you turn off the air conditioning when you go out for long periods. Check-in is scheduled between 1:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., subject to agreement; we kindly ask you to inform us of an approximate time of your arrival. Check-out must take place before 10 am.
