We offer a variety of activities perfect for all ages. Cool off with a swim in our unique metal tank pool, or enjoy some friendly competition with a game of corn hole. Relax around the fire pit patio under twinkling string lights with comfortable chairs, perfect for roasting marshmallows or unwinding under the stars. 🚲 Guests can explore a section of the property on bicycles, taking in the beautiful scenery and meeting the animals that call our ranch home. This fully stocked 1,800 sqft farm home has 4 beds and 3 bedrooms, perfect for 9 guests. (An air mattress is stored in the home as the 5th bed, if needed.) 🫧 2 full bathroom stocked with shampoo, conditioner and bath gel. We also provide bath towels, hangers, makeup towels, hair dryer, handsoap and lotion for our guests. 2 Roku TVs with good internet connection giving you access to streaming options for movies, shows, and more. ☕️ Large fully stocked kitchen with dishware and cookware along with common appliances such as coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, blender and more. Washer and dryer include complimentary detergent. As well as an iron and ironing board for your use. For families who bring infants, we provide a baby high chair (and a kids pack 'n play for an additional fee). Guest access The entrance gate will have a 4-digit padlock, and the front door will have a 6-digit lock keypad. You will be provided two unique codes once you have made a reservation. Our guests have full access to the entire home, which is located on a portion of our beautiful 8-acre ranch. While we are working to expand the Airbnb section of the property in the future, currently, guests will have access to a certain area of the ranch. All common living areas are accessible to guests (except the permanently locked room and hallway closet where extra furniture and cleaning supplies will be stored). Our farm animals can be friendly, however our guests will not be permitted to enter their enclosures for their safety and of the animals. Additionally, there is a farm caretaker living next door who does not have permission to enter the Airbnb home to respect your privacy, and guests will not be permitted to access his private living area. Clear signs will be posted to indicate areas that are off-limits and to guide guests on where to park. Please review the house rules to ensure this rental is the best fit for you and your guests. Other things to note RULES: We strive to make sure our home is well taken care of so we have some general house rules. No pets, No parties or events, No smoking or vaping indoors, No feeding or petting farm animals, No trespassing to neighbors or caretaker property. A penalty fee may be applicable and the reservation can be cancelled at anytime. TRASH/RECYCLE: There is a large trash bin located outside by the front door. We kindly ask that all trash be disposed of properly in plastic bags to help prevent attracting wildlife or critters. This helps ensure the property remains clean and safe for everyone. Thank you for your cooperation! ESSENTIALS: Please note that we provide a generous supply of essentials for the duration of your stay. However, these items are non-replenishable. Should you need any additional supplies, you’ll be able to purchase them locally. Charcoal and fire logs are not provided, but can be easily obtained nearby. WATER: Just a heads-up: Our home runs on clean well water that’s fully connected to the plumbing system, which is safe for general use such as showers and washing. However, for your convenience and comfort, we recommend bringing or purchasing bottled water for drinking. There’s a nearby store where you can easily find bottled water. We want to ensure you have a pleasant stay with us! Complimentary Wi-Fi: As we’re located in a peaceful remote setting, the internet connectivity is limited and may be lighter than in the city. Please be mindful of connected devices to help keep things running smoothly during your stay.
