Baby cot and high chair available on request - Living Room: A cozy space with armchairs and a TV for relaxing after a busy day. - Equipped kitchen: Fridge, stove (induction), microwave, oven, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster and dishes, ideal for preparing your meals with ease. A washing machine is also included. - Bathroom: A private bathroom with a spacious shower, sink and toilet, equipped with bath towels. Outside: - Private terrace of 7 m²: Furnished with a table and chairs, it allows you to have your meals outdoors or simply enjoy the surrounding calm. Comfort and amenities: - Complimentary Wi-Fi. - Underfloor cooling/heating for optimal comfort in all seasons. - Accommodation accessible to people with reduced mobility. - Free parking in the basement. - Breakfast: We offer a buffet breakfast in the dining room from Monday to Sunday from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. at a price of €12 per person (except on public holidays), served only by prior reservation. Payment is made on site, exclusively by credit card. Please inform us at least 3 days before your arrival if you would like to enjoy breakfast.
