This house is recommended for a maximum of 8x adults. Due to the nature of the property including terraces, low walls and several drops around the grounds, younger children must be supervised at all times. We cannot take responsibility for any incidents that may occur, the use of the house is at your own risk. Important Disclaimers - Property standards: we will take all reasonable measures to provide solutions or compensation for inadequacies or shortcomings, but we ask to be notified as soon as they arise; we will not provide any compensation for complaints received at the end of the stay. - Construction activity: it is noted and acknowledged that despite there being a general ban on construction works throughout August, Antiparos is experiencing a lot of construction activity during the summer months in recent years and continues to do so throughout 2026. Sanctuary Bay will not be held liable and will not provide any compensation for potential complaints related to nearby construction noise or activity. That being said, we will do our best to liaison with any contractors doing works nearby to reduce any noise pollution or otherwise. - Plumbing: guests should not throw anything down the toilet, including toilet paper or feminine products. Failure to adhere to this standard may cause clogging that will result in potential charges - Utility interruption: the operation of water, electricity, internet, and satellite/cable services are occasionally subject to interruptions or temporary outages common in remote locations. While we will take every reasonable effort to resolve or to mitigate their impact, these shall not be considered a defect or failure and shall not lead to any refund or compensation. - Travel insurance: Due to the short nature of the rental season in Antiparos, we are in a position where we need to apply a strict 60-days cancellation policy which can be inconvenient at times. For this reason, we highly recommend you to procure a basic travel insurance which will, in most cases, cover up to 100% of the costs in the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your trip. - Use risk: guests use the property and its facilities at their own risk, including use of or around swimming pools - children must be supervised at all times. We cannot take responsibility for any incidents that may occur. - Medical conditions: guests are strongly encouraged to have a medical plan that covers any potential medical expenses in Greece.
