Enjoy our peaceful, centrally-located apartment in old town Forest Grove. Nestle among historic homes, our second story apartment is newly renovated. We are walking distance to Pacific University, downtown businesses and restaurants! Off street parking, at the base of our apartment stairs. Perfect for family members visiting their student at Pacific University, watching their sporting events, or prospective students touring Pacific University! The space Our apartment is a second story apartment, with exterior stairs and fully independent entrance, located on the back of our house. The house was built in 1911 with additions, including the apartment, built on around 1950's. Old town Forest Grove is home to many historic homes. Many blocks in old town have alley ways where homes have parking and garages in the rear of their properties, including our property. This is a NO SMOKING property. NO PETS. Guest access One parking spot is available at the base of the apartment stairs. The parking area at the base has room for 3 cars. Please park in the space on the right hand side, as we park in the other 2 spots! Other things to note Please note that the second bed is sofa sleeper, which easily pulls out to a full/queen size bed and sleeps 2.
