The space There are 3 bedrooms including one double bed(top), one queen (top), one with 2 twins (main floor) and a queen size murphy bed (top) in the living/dining room area and a screen to provide some privacy. There is a fully equiped kitchen and bathroom on each floor. There is shared access to the deck and dock with the first floor apartment. The house is a few blocks away from downtown for shopping, live music and dining. Guest access You will have the top two floors and access to the lake side patio and yard shared with the walk out apartment on the bottom Other things to note You will be given a code to open the deadbolt to your apartment and can check in whenever you wish after 3pm I have a 3 car driveway. Street parking available in spring summer and fall. Winter Street parking rules: no parking between 7am and 2pm on the street. If need be there is additional parking near Central Park several blocks away.
