Multifunctional wooden house in the countryside on a meadow with fruit trees on the Benther Berg on the outskirts of Hanover. For small celebrations up to approx. 24 people and overnight stay up to 4 people on a double sofa bed and two single folding beds (can be pushed together) & baby bed. The space The modern barrier-free wooden house has a fireplace room with a large dining table and a double sofa bed 140 x 200 cm, as well as the so-called open space with a folding gate to open into the garden and two single folding beds (can be pushed together to form a bed 150 x 195 cm). In addition, a baby crib with sheets and fly net is available. There is an accessible shower room and a well-equipped kitchen with dishes/cutlery/glasses/equipment for 24 people. Both on the fruit meadow and on the terrace there are enough seating options for correspondingly large events. In addition to the fireplace, it can be heated with 2 oil radiators and 2 infrared wall heaters. Hot water is produced by an instantaneous water heater. The price includes a basket of firewood and a basket of fire bowl wood. There are towels, bed linen, sparkling water, toilet paper, soap, dishwasher, coffee filters, baking paper, books, games, Wi-Fi, 1st aid kit. For the terrace or the orchard there is a grill and two fire bowls and in addition to many seating areas also several hammocks. Guest access The guests will have the entire house to themselves. There are max. of 4 parking spaces right in front of it. You may not park on the side of the road and on the orchard. In about 10 minutes walk there is a public parking lot and a bus stop at Jägerheim. Furthermore, a fenced garden / terrace with 400 sqm around the house and the surrounding 8000 sqm orchard meadow with seating and hammocks are available for use. Other things to note The key handover is contactless. Arriving by car is allowed via the town of Benthe. There are only 4 parking spaces on site. Above the accommodation called Obsthaus there is a small forest café that is usually open on weekends and holidays. House and property are located in a protected landscape area. Quiet hours are between 11:00 pm - 8:00 am. If the days are not occupied directly before and after the reservation, you can also check in earlier by appointment and check out later.
