They also have several water features that the kids can enjoy to stay cool in the Texas heat. In addition to concerts at The Harbor - Dowtown Rockwall offers free live music on Fridays and Saturdays from May to October. You are able to bring your lawn chairs and coolers and/or order from adjacent restaurants and bring you food to the San Jacinto plaza while listening to various genres of music.
