There is a traditional fireplace in this property for guests use, but the firewood and kindling are BYO, you can get some from the petrol station. Guest access Please note that there is a storage room in the house which will be locked. Other things to note This is a beautiful space to recharge and rejuvenate with friends and family. However, for the love and respect of our neighbours, it is important to note that NO parties are allowed. The house is located in a quiet residential cul de sac, so no parties or large gathering outside the number of guests booked are permitted. When sitting outside in the evening, we would ask that you respect the neighbours by keeping voices low, and where possible move inside after 8pm. We ask that you please be mindful of water usage during your stay as it is all tank water and under NO circumstances can you flush anything besides toilet paper down the toilet as it is a septic system.
