Spacious rooms make the stay very pleasant even for 5 guests. There is underfloor heating under the wooden floor in entire appartment and also in the bathroom under the paving, making the appartment confortably warm in winter. Because of ground level, there is no air conditioning needed in summer, only fresh air from outside and the temperature inside is then very acceptable. Very nice maintained garden provides an ideal place to relax after a long walk or just a little chill during the sunny days, or perfect place to have a cigarette or coffee. I will give you some tips where to have the best beer, ice-cream, or some street food. There is a big hype of street food shops in these days. Or if you are interested in some local food, I can give some tips too. Guest access The apartment is rented as entire place, there will be no other guests or any people except you. Guests can use every room in the appartment, and the garden too, with the respect to neighbors and before 10pm. The garden is shared with all neighbors and private, so any kind of disturbance of peace is strictly prohibited.
