The space As you enter the bi fold doors into the space, you find yourself in the main living area. Main bedroom with ensuite looks out onto the natural dam setting. Down the other end of the house you will find two bedrooms, one with two single beds, and the other a double. Main bathroom and laundry are also found down this end to. Relax on the cool, generous sized verandah, kick your feet up, and enjoy the serenity and peacefulness of Sunshine Acres. Guest access Two houses are situated on this 5 acres property. Ample parking for caravan or boat. When you drive up the driveway, your getaway holiday house is the second house towards the shed. One driveway accommodates both BNB house as well as the first house where I reside! ( you won't even know I'm here!) Other things to note Please be aware that there is an unfenced dam on the property and all guests MUST sign a waiver to state that they take full responsibility of themselves and others whilst staying at the property.
