Description
Our little bakery originally dates back to the 17th century and belonged to a large Lower Saxony farm, which unfortunately no longer exists. Jutta acquired the house a good 20 years ago and made it into a small oasis with a lot of love for detail. Located in a village of 1000 inhabitants with a village store, bank and gas station, you can find peace and relaxation under the huge oak trees. Expanded bike paths invite you to cycle. The rural environment offers plenty of nature. The space The house is heated by a fireplace. This makes the living room cozy and warm. In addition, electric heating is available if needed. The upstairs bedroom can be reached via a somewhat steep wooden staircase. The windows face east, so you are kissed awake by the sun. The small kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. A large number of utensils are available. Guest access The house is located on a 700 sqm property with centuries-old oaks. The garden offers various seating areas, sun loungers and in less good weather you can make yourself comfortable on the covered terrace. A grill is available for guests and bicycles can be rented on request. The property is completely fenced. Other things to note The house is not barrier-free. The bedroom downstairs has a single bed. If necessary, there is also an extra pull-out bed, ideal for children or rather light adults. The room is separated from the living room by a curtain.
