BRAND NEW - Added battery🔋 backup system to seamlessly coast through short power outages and eliminate appliance damage from power spikes ⚡️ on the island. Also added a dual-fuel (propane & gas) generator for extended power outages. Will be adding solar power soon. Please note that in the past we had rented the 3rd floor condo and rooftop terrace together. We have since turned the rooftop terrace into an owners-only space. Guest access You'll have full access to our 3rd floor condo and common areas including pool and hot tub. Other things to note Please note that the hot tub is configured for the warm tropics and only reaches a temperature of ~85° F.
