Insta: @chanctonhouse Guest access The entire home, 7 acres of gardens and grounds and the private, pool (spring and summer) will all be exclusively yours. The only exception is the separate 3 bay garage and apartment above it. This is where the property manager stays. Other things to note There is a property manager on-site who lives above the garage. She is there if you need her but she does not use the grounds or pool, those are exclusively yours. As a country home we have gardeners who come to mow the lawn, blow the leaves and weed. We do our utmost to schedule these services to come when guests are not at the house, but it is not always possible. Interruption will be kept to a minimum. For stays a month or longer we will bill you for the utilities which includes: gas, electricity, verizon, cleaning, lawn cutting, grounds maintenance and pool maintenance. Please contact us for an estimate of these charges for the duration of your stay (charges will vary depending on season).
