Larger dwelling house and smaller guest house. Sun all day. The space The property is divided into a larger and a smaller house (Bedroom 3). The larger one has two small bedrooms and a loft with sleeping accommodations. Perfect for children and teenagers. The larger house also has a kitchen and a living room with a lake view, a wood-burning fireplace, a toilet, a separate laundry room including a washing machine, and an entryway. The smaller house (Bedroom 3) is located about 40 meters from the larger house. The smaller house consists of one room with a bunk bed, where the lower bed is 160 cm wide and the upper bed is 90 cm wide. Under the bed, there is an additional mattress that can be made up. The small house is well suited as a bedroom for a family of up to four people. Otherwise, there are a few chairs and a folding table. Outside the smaller house, there is a large, south-facing wooden deck. There are tables and chairs. Please note that there is no kitchen or toilet in the smaller house; you will need to use the larger house. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the entire property, and can also book sauna sessions (included in the rent) at the island's shared sauna by the water. Other things to note The guest is responsible for cleaning the house during their stay and upon departure.
