Centrally located, it has a cozy atmosphere in a quiet area of ​​Växjö. Large, lush garden with lots of flowers. Close to swimming areas, a golf course, and public transport. There is a sauna, two fireplaces, a lovely outdoor room with a hammock, a dining area, and couches to lie and read in. The garage driveway can accommodate 2-3 cars. Send feedback The space There are four beds: - one double bed - one queen bed (slightly smaller than a double and can sleep two people) - two single beds Please note that the cover for the double bed is for a double, so please bring your own single if you don't want to share the cover. There are also two mattresses so people can sleep on the floor. Guest access Four small storage rooms in the basement are locked, not for guest access for storing my belongings. Other things to note Please clean upon check-out. Cleaning products, a vacuum cleaner, and brooms are in the kitchen (under the sink) and in the closet in the hall between the bedrooms. You can choose not to clean and pay 1500 SEK for cleaning service. Contact me to arrange this. Cleaning: 1. Sweep or vacuum the floors. Please mop the kitchen floor if you have rented for over two weeks. 2. Empty the recycling in the correct sections of the garbage cans in the garage driveway. 2. Empty the garbage can under the sink and put in a new plastic bag. 3. Put used towels and bed linen in the laundry baskets in the rooms. 4. Wipe the sink and put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher. 5. Clean the toilet seat with the cleaning products and brush that can be found next to the toilet. 6. Wipe the sink. ----------- Damage If you cause damage that exceeds normal wear and tear, I expect you to notify me of the damage as soon as possible so that we can work together to find a reasonable solution. You are expected to pay reasonable refund requests if you are responsible for damage, missing items, or unexpected cleaning costs.
