Pool Home in The Villages Fla

Hello, Our home is centrally located, about a 10 minute golf cart ride to Sumter Landing, in a very quiet neighborhood, on a cul de sac, just off of 466 HWY. There are golf cart paths to local shopping. We have a wonderful, large, screened in backyard, that features a pool and a tiki bar. The pool is not heated, however there are two heated neighborhood pools, just minutes away. The range is gas, all the appliances are new, there is an indoor washer and dryer. Gas golf cart included. The space This is a 1400 square foot, open concept home. It was newly renovated 4 years ago. The interior is cozy and eclectic. You will love the backyard area with its covered lanai and pool with large screened enclosure. There's even a fun tiki bar. You're minutes away from entertainment, golf, and neighborhood pools. Lake Sumter Landing is less than 10 minutes away, Spanish Springs and Brownwood are about 15 minutes. We are located just off of 466, near the Buffalo Trace shopping center, which has a Publix grocery store, Great Mexican and Chinese restaurants, and much more. We are also really close to the new Costco, Hobby Lobby, and a really nice WalMart Super Center. Guest access All access except the front bedroom, that is used for storage. It is a 3 bedroom house, so you will still have 2 bedrooms. There is room for one car in the garage next to the golf cart. Other things to note Plenty of extra linens, towels, and blankets. Caphalon cookware, air fryer in oven ( I'll leave the instruction manual out), toaster, coffee maker and grinder, blender, and lots of extras. Please note that I only rent to people 55+, this is a retirement community. All guests will be asked for a copy of their drivers license, so guest passes can be obtained. You will be required to sign an agreement stating you are liable for any golf cart incidents. Most of all I want you to experience the wonderful environment of The Villages.
