The house is in a quiet inner courtyard, but a few meters from the many clubs and bars. The property is a finely renovated open space loft: double bed, sofa, desk, equipped kitchen, bathroom with bathtub. Ideal home for singles, couples or families with children. You will feel at home! The property is a recently renovated and finely furnished open-space loft with a modern style, with attention to every detail: a double bed, a large sofa, a workspace, a large tempered glass kitchen equipped with everything (fan, portable air conditioning, dishwasher, coffee machine, coffee maker, toaster, pancake machine, and of course everything you need to cook), a bathroom with an extra large bathtub and shower head, and washing machine. It has a fast internet connection, a smart TV, and a bluetooth box. In the garden, in addition to the lounge chairs, there is also a table with six chairs for eating and relaxing in the open air. WHERE IT IS LOCATED In a few minutes on foot you can get to the C metro, Pigneto stop from which you can easily reach the historic center of Rome, the Colosseum in 4 metro stops and San Giovanni in 2 stops. Termini station is 15 minutes away by tram, Tiburtina station can be reached with 10 minutes by taxi. Or, if you prefer, I'll love my bike, which is in the garden, for a pleasant walk in the neighborhood or to reach the center in 10 minutes.
