You’ll love the stylish decor of this spacious, easily accessible King-bed bedroom with work desk. Private entrance, and your own private shower room and toilet (sole use). Please note that utility room is a shared space and we may need access to our washing machine and tumble drier (which you are welcome to use too). French doors lead to a south facing, sunny patio with outdoor sofa seating and expansive garden-scape. Parking right outside, 10-15mins walk to Farnham station. The space The ground floor annex is attached to our family home. The bedroom contains a king sized bed, and has patio doors that open out onto a rear patio and our garden. You will have exclusive of toilet and shower facilities. You will have exclusive use of the fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster in the utility room. The utility room is a shared space and we may need access to the washing machine etc (though we will of course respect your privacy). You are welcome to use the washing machine and tumble drier if need be. There is ample parking on the driveway. Guest access Private entrance. Sole use of bedroom and toilet / shower. We may need access to our washing machine and tumble drier which are in the utility room. You are welcome to use these too if need be. Other things to note We have two very friendly cats that access the main house via a cat flap in our shared utility room. If we are at home (and most of the time we are) we can block off the cat flap and let the cats in ourselves straight into our kitchen. This being the case, you won’t even see the cats. However if you are allergic to cats this may not be the place for you.
