The Annex - Lymington

A very warm welcome to The Annex. It is compact, but we hope you agree, is perfectly formed! The Annex is located in one of “The Lanes” of Lymington with close access to the sea, the town, some nice pubs as well as being only a very short hop to the wider New Forest and the Isle of Wight. The Annex sits within our 1 acre garden which is bordered by fields on two sides so benefits from a very tranquil setting. You have the top floor of this cosy Oak Framed Barn all to yourselves. The space This is a 1st floor property accessed via rustic green oak stairs. Through the front door you will find the lounge with a sofa and seating for two at a small bistro table as well as a small kitchenette. A television with Apple TV is provided. Beyond this lounge area is the bedroom with a double bed, side tables and an electric radiator. There is a storage cupboard for luggage. The en-suite bathroom is accessed from the bedroom. This is a wet room style space with shower, hand shower, toilet, sink as well as a heated towel rail. The annex is finished to a high decorative standard using subtle colours on tongue and groove boarding throughout. Guest access You have exclusive use of the barn during your stay as well parking for up to 2 cars. The property is accessed via electric gates which will be open as we will be expecting you. I will normally greet you to handover the keys/gate fob but if you have a preference just let me know. Other things to note Currently there is no dedicated outside space for the annex however there is an outside table for two at the bottom of the stairs that enjoys both morning and evening sun and smokers can use this area if required. The Annex has a no dog policy and this is because we have 4 cats of our own who have the full reign of the garden. As such you are quite likely to encounter one or all of them during your stay. They are friendly but if cats are not your thing just shoo them away gently and they will get the message!
